What are the benefits of using a preferred Amazon carrier?

Preferred carriers have fixed delivery slots, seven days a week. This means we can transport your goods to Amazon more efficiently and reliably than other carriers.


Our team are fully conversant with the complexity of servicing Amazon’s requirements and are able to identify issues with vendor bookings and resolve prior to delivery.


  • Palletline and Amazon work closely together to avoid failures or rejections, which is of most benefit during peak periods
  • Palletline deliveries are managed with support from the Amazon Relay Operations team
  • Amazon Compliance fines are less likely to be imposed onto vendors due to the efficiency of the processes

Amazon FAQs

You’ve got questions and
we’ve got the answers

  • We can only accept goods on pallets
  • Pallets going to the EU or CHEP must be 800 x 1200mm
  • Pallets for delivery in the UK must be GMA grade B or higher. They should be 1000 x 1200mm 4-way access wooden pallets or 1000 x 1200mm CHEP pallets
  • Pallets to be shipped internationally must be heat treated to ISPM-15 standard
  • The height of each pallet, including the pallet, must be no more than 1.8m
  • The weight of each pallet should be no more than 500kg
  • Pallets must be in good condition, with no damage or breakage
  • Goods must be wrapped with clear plastic, or banded, with no loose cartons
Any pallets that do not meet these requirements could be rejected and may incur fines direct from Amazon.
Yes, please note the following:
  • Each individual carton should weigh no more than 23kg
  • Cartons over 15kg should be clearly marked as ‘Heavy package’
  • Avoid using mixed or partial cases
  • Labels should be minimum A5 size
  • Use white labels and print them with black ink, using a laser printer — not inkjet as these can run and smudge
  • Labels should display the following information:
    • Vendor name
    • To and from address
    • PO numbers
    • Number of cartons
    • Pallet #____ of _____ pallets
  • Apply the label consistently, in the same place on each carton, but not over the box seam
  1. Log into your Amazon vendor account
  2. Go through the order process until you get your ASN or FBA code — keep your code safe as this will be needed to deliver your order
  3. Please do not book an individual delivery slot
  4. You will be given a delivery window for when your goods need to arrive at Amazon
  5. Book your delivery with us so it will arrive within your delivery window (make sure you tell us when your delivery window is)
  6. We will book your delivery with Amazon
  7. Finally we will collect your order from you and deliver it to Amazon
